Anson Smith is the President and Founder of TCR, a company dedicated to building inclusive, high-performance cultures. With three decades of experience in military and civilian human capital strategy, including serving as Deputy HR Director at NASA, Anson has led major workforce initiatives, DEI efforts, and organizational transformations. At TCR, he helps organizations redefine their culture and strategy, focusing on everything from recruitment to leadership development to ensure success in today’s fast-paced environment. Anson holds a B.S. in Organizational Management from Post University and has completed advanced leadership training, along with certifications in financial and contracting management. Outside of work, he's committed to turning outdated systems into inclusive, empowered cultures where people and performance thrive.

Austin Smith is a graduate of Virginia Wesleyan University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. With a strong foundation in communication principles, Austin brings a unique perspective to his professional work, specializing in crafting clear and effective messaging for diverse audiences. His expertise spans across various media platforms, with a keen focus on digital communication strategies and content development.
